Cancellation policy- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. The fee will be charged to the client by a card kept on file. This policy allows us to ensure that we are able to get all of our clients in and better serve our clientele. New appointments will not be booked after a last minute cancellation unless this fee is paid. If you have any questions or concerns, please notify your stylist.Clients will receive a reminder via text and or email prior to their appointment.
Transparency policy – As cosmetologist we promise to remain open and honest before, during, and after each service. We ask that clients are transparent about existing condition and past treatments on hair. This allows us to better serve clients and achieve desired results.
Salon Peak is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property or clothing.
Price will vary depending on stylist, service, preexisting hair condition, timing, and products used. We will do our absolute best to determine the total cost of your service during your consultation prior, however adjustments to the price may occur during the service at the stylist’s discretion to achieve the best results and maintain the health of the hair. Please ask your stylist any questions you may have in determining price.
